General Principle
Network Vehicle Hire understands and agrees that any attempt on the part of any employee or contractor to Network Vehicle Hire to induce other employees or contractors to leave the Employer's employ, or any effort to interfere with Network Vehicle Hire relationship with its other employees and contractors would be harmful and damaging.
Network Vehicle Hire also understands and agrees that any attempt by any employee or contractor to Network Vehicle Hire to induce other employees or contractors of any other business or company to leave the employ or contract of that business to join Network Vehicle Hire Ltd would be harmful and damaging and does not represent sound business ethics which are at the principle of Network Vehicle Hire company ethos.
Who is covered by this policy?
This policy applies to all persons engaged by Network Vehicle Hire at all levels including employees, management, agency and casual workers, and independent contractors or any other person or persons associated with us (including third parties), or any of our subsidiaries or their employees.
Responsibilities
All employees and contractors too Network Vehicle Hire Ltd agree that for the duration of any contract held with Network Vehicle Hire Ltd and for a period of two (2) years after the end of that term, the Employee or contractor will not in any way, directly or indirectly:

Induce or attempt to induce any employee or contractor of Network Vehicle Hire to quit employment or retainer or otherwise terminate any contract or agreement surrounding the rendering or supply of services held with the Network Vehicle Hire.

Otherwise interfere with or disrupt Network Vehicle Hire Ltd relationship with its employees and contractors;

Discuss employment opportunities or provide information about competitive employment to any of Network Vehicle Hire employees or contractors; or

Solicit, entice, or hire away any employee or contractor of Network Vehicle Hire for the purpose of an employment opportunity that is in competition with Network Vehicle Hire.
All employees and contractors too Network Vehicle Hire Ltd also agree that in the interests of sound business ethics they shall not for the duration of any contract or agreement in place between that individual or business and Network Vehicle Hire, directly or indirectly:

Induce or attempt to induce any employee or contractor of a business who operate within the same client contract as Network Vehicle Hire to quit employment or retainer or otherwise terminate any contract or agreement surrounding the rendering or supply of services held with that business with the intention of seeking contract or employ with Network Vehicle Hire Ltd

Otherwise interfere with or disrupt the relationship of any business with its employees and contractors
Breaches of policy
Breaches of the terms of this policy by any employee of, or contractor to Network Vehicle Hire Ltd shall not be tolerated.
Any breach of this policy shall be dealt with in line with our disciplinary procedure and may result in the termination of any employment for gross misconduct or termination of any agreement held for the supply of services.
